This is kind of an older piece that got lost in one of my sketchbooks and I recently recovered it.

I was taking a break from practicing my viola (yes, viola, not violin; they're very different instruments) and my cat Merlin decided that the open case would make a comfortable bed, so he climbed in with the instrument and cuddled up, promptly falling asleep. It was simply adorable, so I drew it down before I had to move him and refined it later. I love that cat.
